You may use this site for lawful personal or business purposes related to our brands. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content at scale without permission, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

Menu items, descriptions, images and prices are shown for information and may change without notice. Availability varies by branch. Images are illustrative and may differ from the meal prepared for you.

Submitting an order on this site creates an order request, not an immediate confirmed purchase. A branch must confirm your request by phone or WhatsApp. Payment is taken at collection or on delivery unless we clearly state otherwise. We may decline or cancel a request where an item is unavailable, details are incomplete, or we cannot fulfil the order safely.

Promotions, competitions and offers are subject to their own terms. Where those conflict with these Terms on promotional matters, the promotion terms apply.

Brand names, logos, menus, text, graphics and other site content belong to Slice Group or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Slice Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Zimbabwe, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
